Tri-plex collects practically every detail of every event, call,
provisioning transaction, activation, customer service activity,
system user activity and system performance statistic. The data
can be presented in a variety of reports including custom reports,
and can be used to evaluate marketing effectiveness, develop sales
strategies, prevent fraud, monitor system efficiency and ensure
system security. Reports can be run by rate plan, market and sub-market,
all on a daily or monthly basis. Upon request, new permanent reports
can be added.
Tri-plex's management reporting tools contain more than 70 reports
for prepaid services alone, covering the following categories:
- Call Listing Reports
- Card Inventory Reports
- Dealer/Agent Reports
- Account Information Reports, including Breakage reports, reports
on Activations, Adjustments, Refills and Voids, Credit Card Reports,
Usage and Security reports. Also included is an extensive collection
of Customer Information Reports, including Active Subscriber,
Expired Subscriber and Cancellation reports, Customer Balance
reports, and various Customer Status reports.
Raw report data can also be sent via file transport protocol (FTP)
and all reports may be exported to the following formats:
- Hypertext Mark-Up Language
- Rich Text Format
- Text Format
