monitoring

All applications are supported by monitoring and operations services. These services provide statistics and local and remote alarming while monitoring all components of the Tri-plex Platform. They also provide traffic, management, and operations reports for system administration. You can monitor the real-time status, number of calls, capacity, alarms, and alarm logs of all the VIPs in the Tri-plex Platform from a central location.

remote monitoring

Virtually all of our maintenance and alarming is controlled remotely. Symantec's pcAnywhere host is loaded on all of our hardware; it enables the maintenance of components by means of our network monitoring application, VcMon and the VIP application.

alarms

The Tri-plex Platform is capable of integrating with industry standard alarm monitoring equipment based on SNMP / MIBs. Software alarming is done for all running applications, processes and network elements. Messages can be forwarded to a pager as required.

performance management

Tri-plex provides operations and performance management tools, guidelines, and measurements.

APIs

Tri-plex's platform supports APIs in C, C++ and CORBA as well as TCP/IP interconnection and FTP messaging and has a rich inventory of APIs and substantial experience in integrating with carriers operations.
